We continue to be in a serious drought situation in northern Missouri (where we operate). However, we see our selection criteria helping us to produce easy fleshing, deep-ribbed, soggy-made bred heifers eating only fescue grass and given free-choice mineral. Genetic selection and paying attention to phenotypical performance is yielding some awesome results.
Incredible results and performance from these bred heifers while experiencing a severe drought! They perform on fescue grass and free-choice mineral!
